HELP PLEASE

Can anyone help Lorraine with this issue? I don’t know what advice to give, as it is new to me. She is blind, so please be specific.

Oh dear I’ve made a mess! I was looking at Referrers, below the counties where viewers had come from, and there was one that said “reader” and another below it that said, I THINK, google.com but can’t remember for sure. I accidentally clicked on 3 dots, and ended up putting those Google viewers into spam. HELP. I didn’t want to put ANYBODY into Spam. Please help me to get them out.

    1. Most of the Spam gets caught in my folder, but I am also hot on any ‘suspicious wording’ I see in potential comments. Things like, ‘Nice Post’, or ‘Good Post’ are usually Spam.
      Best wishes, Pete.

  1. You’ve all seen the extent of my “tech” knowledge,” so it goes without saying that I don’t know what to do. I’m holding a positive acceptance that some kind and knowledgeable soul does know and comes forward to save the day! Good Luck, Lorraine!

    1. Thanks, Pam. I remember how some generous bloggers helped me at the start, and how others continue to do so with the Block Editor issues. I can only imagine Lorraine’s difficulties when all she can see is light and dark.
      Best wishes, Pete.

  2. She will need someone in the support forum to help her as this is on the Stats page and there does not seem to be a way to undo the action. If you look at the referrers on your page you should see the three dots she is talking about. I have put a message on her blog and I believe Maggie has told her to raise a support query as well.

  3. They should still be sitting in her Spam folder, unless she emptied that already. But those 3 dots, if she clicked that, she also had to click whether she wanted to unfollow, follow the conversation, report the post, etc. So I’m not sure what it was she clicked.
