Julie found some more photos of Ollie, from 2012. It was his first week of living with us full-time, and he was just eight weeks old.
They are from an old phone, so not great quality.
He loved that ribbon. It is still in his toy box.
Hoping to play some more.

Ollie still looks cute. But in his children’s photos he is easy to cuddle. Somehow he reminds me of a plush dog, I once had on the shelf of my car. 😉 Michael

It’s funny what things dogs choose to play with. My dog was obsessed with a pink trainer of my mum’s that eventually got chewed down until it became nothing but a bit of sole. He had it his whole life.

I know everyone is seeing him as cute, but I see the adult dog he will become. I love that he will grow into that face which looks out at us with such determination and promise.

It’s always fun to reminisce and find old photos. Our Ruby is 8 months now and when I look at her 8wk photos I can’t believe how much she’s grown. They are truly part of the family.

He is 90% Sharpei, 10% Chocolate Lab. His dad was a pedigree Sharpei, and his mum a cross that was mostly Sharpei. 🙂
