For anyone who follows Frank’s blog, https://toritto.wordpress.com/ I have some news.
Frank has suffered a ruptured spleen, and is in intensive care in hospital in Florida.
He was well enough to let me know by sending a blog comment, so it looks hopeful.
I am sure you want to join me in wishing this great member of our blogging community a speedy recovery.

I came to check from your recent entry. I’m pleased to hear he is doing well. Speed is of the essence in these kinds of injuries, but they can recover fully given good care and a bit of time. Thanks for the information and all the best to him.

Oh, no! Frank is one of my favorite bloggers. His family stories and history stories are excellent. More importantly, he is a fine man. Please give him my best wishes for a speedy recovery. And, please keep us posted on his recovery. I will drop him a note right away.
