We found one that looks like wood, but it is very tough vinyl tiles. It will mean we can’t really use the kitchen for 2 days though! Might be fitted in mid-September.
Best wishes, Pete.
Yes, that is my feeling. Something that hopefully will not need replacing in my lifetime. The cheaper option would be a false economy in the long run.
Best wishes, Pete. x
We did, but of course it was twice as much as anything else, and fitting is extra. The man is coming round tomorrow afternoon to give us a fitting quote. The hard-wearing vinyl tiles and the necessary cement will cost around £320 for a space that is 9 X 10 feet. Fitting might add £250 more, (two days work) but they will last until I am dead. And probably after Julie is dead too!
Best wishes, Pete.
You just prolonged World War II by yet another day! At this rate, the war won’t end until 1949! And baby boomers will have to wait a few more years to be born! You’re changing the course of history!
David, I have always wanted to change the course of history. I desired to go back to the late 1960s, and put myself in charge of the UK. 🙂
“Viva Pete!” “No Pasaran!”
Best wishes, Pete.
Flooring is hard! Oxymoron! Hopefully you found something that hides dog fur! C

Nothing is cheap any more. I always gravitate towards the more expensive stuff, but you do get what you pay for.
