  1. Overheard:
Gargantua: “It was a damp and muddy country path. The ground ahead of me was moving. I walked faster, eager to see why. Hundreds of tiny frogs. Each no bigger than my thumbnail. Fascinating!”
Pantagruel: “We’re in France, big guy! What did you expect?”

  2. We have a pond next to the house and it becomes a frog breeding ground as the weather warms up. The frogs are great fr keeping the slug population down and as they fatten up they become food for the storks who have started to make a food stop here.
Nothing more amazing than nature 🙂

    1. That was a first for me, Don. A few years back, and there had been a storm not long before. Must have made the baby frogs decide to move house. 🙂
      Best wishes, Pete.

  3. Frogs are cute. Not sure why loads people are scared of them. I once saw a bunch of tiny frogs in a pothole while visiting a city where it rains every day. I and my friend watched them jump around the. hole and road until the rest of the party threatened to disown us.

  4. This reminds me of when my boys were small and we kept a few tadpoles in some water in the front room. One morning they had all morphed into frogs and were hopping over our green carpet. What a nightmare.
