My author and publisher friend Daniel White sent me this short clip of an Indian Yoga instructor.
He is teaching us how to stay healthy by laughing, and showing us how to laugh properly.
Laughing is a serious thing but after watching this, I am probably laughing more than him!😂
But well, can’t deny the fact that laughing really helps the body than any yoga, according to what I have heard. Thanks for sharing the video, Pete!
I thought he was creepy and disturbing. However, reading earlier comments, it seems that ‘laughing yoga’ is something widely practised.
Best wishes, Pete.
A friend of mine went to a laughing workshop, so I guess there is much to learn. I agree with all the comments about it being creepy, though. But thanks for sharing it, Pete! Not something I’ll forget in a hurry!
A little too weird for me Pete as it seems to border on hysteria. 😉 But I do like a good laugh but prefer it come naturally from something I find funny. 🙂
When you think about it laughter full throated is quite exercising. So I do believe in this, though it doesn’t have to necessarily be in the manner shown here!
Well it works 🙂

It didn’t make me laugh. To be honest, I found it weird and creepy. 🙂
Cheers, Pete.

Thanks for sharing, Pete! Sometimes laughing is really the only thing you can do, to keep from going crazy. xx Michael

I find it hard to laugh for no reason, unforunately. 🙂
Thanks for reblogging, Michael.

Thanks, Siya. Natural laughing is certainly good for you, but I have never been able to force a laugh very well.
Best wishes, Pete.

You’re ‘avin’ a laugh! I couldn’t manage to watch the whole thing: I find forced laughter extremely creepy! Cheers, Jon.

Me too. One of the many reasons why I could never be an actor. I can’t laugh on demand.
Best wishes, Pete.

Funnily enough [sorry 😉 ], laughing isn’t a problem for me: crying is a different matter, however.

Now this is interesting, Pete. Learning to laugh, who would have thought it necessary.

Well it does seem to be a popular form of Yoga, but I would feel silly just standing there trying to laugh like that. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.

I wasn’t stressed until I experienced this video. He has his counterpart on the streets downtown. We tend to see it as mania!

I am sure it can be good for you, Shammi. Hard to find much to laugh about at the moment though, sadly.
