What characters! I kept thinking “he’s an old man” but then realised that I am older! I shall not be trying out his recipes any time soon! There are some very interesting people in this country, that’s for sure.
Cajun Country always provides colorful characters and quality food…but I would leave that latter thought with seafood and chicken. Some of those other selections are definitely not on my menu!
I have a Cajun friend and we were talking about birds….he said all birds were edible even a buzzard….when I asked what they taste like I was expecting ‘chicken’….but he smiled and said…”a lot like owl”. chuq
