As a teenager, before all the choices we now have, I loved my tiny transistor radio and listened to lots of plays and quiz programs. At one time, much later on I used to drive from NY up to Maine an 8-hour trip. I was very afraid of nodding off so I bought French language tapes and interacted with them. Maybe I should give audio books a try. Not sure why I never have. Some voices are lovely to listen to.

I have tried some audiobooks, but was put off by the actors narrating them. By contrast, Pippa is delightful to listen to, Carolyn.
Best wishes, Pete.
