  1. As a teenager, before all the choices we now have, I loved my tiny transistor radio and listened to lots of plays and quiz programs. At one time, much later on I used to drive from NY up to Maine an 8-hour trip. I was very afraid of nodding off so I bought French language tapes and interacted with them. Maybe I should give audio books a try. Not sure why I never have. Some voices are lovely to listen to.

    1. I am on the mend, KB. Thank you.
I can recommend Pippa’s narration, and she is very well cast for the genre too.
Ollie is suffering from the recent hot weather, but he is still a happy dog. 🙂
      Best wishes, Pete. x
