My favorite one: They spent ages trying to work out the meaning of inconsequential, before realizing that it wasn’t that important. That’s like a “dad joke.” But the meme does bring up the fact that we sometimes dwell on inconsequential things. Some things seem important in the moment, but, in the long run, they really aren’t.
I agree about the chicken hat, Don. I can’t stand up fast these days. I have to think about it, hold on to something for support, then lever myself up with a groan!
Some very pertinent ones there, Pete, especially where advancing age is concerned! On the strength of the BBC weather app, I have put out some washing, so my fingers are firmly crossed…….. 😉 Cheers, Jon.
So funny, Pete!

Funnny, Pete. I got to admit that red bow tie really brings out the best in the
chicken hat. Right now I am going to get my daily thrill and stand up real fast.
