I know! They fell apart (old age) last week and my neighbor promised to replace them for me, but he’s been busy and hadn’t gotten to it yet. Finally around 2:00 a.m. the storms passed, though I think more are expected this afternoon. 3 people died in a tornado about 100 miles to the north of us, but thankfully we didn’t get a tornado.
(1) Did she keep Salem’s Lot? (2) That garage escalation blew the roof off of this cartoon collection! (3) And this one elevates humor to a whole new level! (4) That Viking long ship was launched from L’Anse aux Meadows. (5) That’s what I thought. (6) Yes, I posed for that cartoon when I was young. But somewhere along the line, I dropped smartwater in favor of pisswater. (7) I hope the girl undiestands what she’s getting into… (8) The woman at Serene Funeral Parlor later starred in the stage production of “Fifty Shades of Earl Grey.” Unfortunately, it bombed and ended up in the ash heap of theatrical history. (9) I once pimped my ride. Like a rhinestone cowboy, I rode out on a horse in a star-spangled rodeo. (10) SORRY. I HIT THE SHAFT KEY…
Good ones, Pete. It feels like the start of the weekend for me too, actually: I usually meet a friend in town for coffee on a Friday morning, but he couldn’t make tomorrow, so suggested today, so in a way, it feels like Ive gained a day! 😀 Cheers, Jon.
