  1. The Bible warns about these counterfeits:

    1 John 4:1

“Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.”

In the past few decades, I have been aware of some high ranking persons in the corporate church world who have been brazen enough to state when He will return for us, despite Christ himself stating:

    Mark 13:32

“But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.”

When the “appointed day” passes and (obviously) He hasn’t returned, some even give a revised date.

He is not mocked; that pastor is another counterfeit, and does NOT represent Christian values, Pete.

      1. It’s also a scam because he uses the word “return”. The Greek words in the New Testament translate in English to “appear” and “comes”. But, if he preached the truth, people would have hope that is not in man. Yeah — Jesus Christ is broke, so send me your money. What a charlatan!
