I have often celebrated Diwali at school. Children enjoy making rangoli art.

It was a big celebration for the Indian community in London. I remember being given some of their Indian sweets. They were far too sweet!

I first heard of this light festival two years back, and since I know more about it, I think it’s a wonderful thing to celebrate. Especially considering how things are currently in the world😊

I knew of it when I lived in London, as there were huge celebrations in areas with a big Indian population. But I had forgotten about it until I saw the similar post on Kim’s blog.
