We have to attend a funeral on Thursday morning, which will involve us stopping overnight in a hotel quite close to London on Wednesday.
So there will probably be no posts from me or comments on blogs I follow tomorrow or Thursday, just so you know.
Don’t worry about Ollie, he will be spending the night with neighbours who he really likes.
However, I will do my best to compile the recent serial into one long complete story, and that may be published later today or early tomorrow.
No worries, Pete. Thank goodness you have wonderful neighbors who like Ollie, and vice versa. Funerals are always sad.

It’s M11/M25 to Watford, so other than traffic, it wil hopefully be straightforward.
Best wishes, Pete.

Do you plan to visit London? I understand that there is a nice drive there in the city called Memory Lane.

We will definitely not be going the extra 25 miles south into London, David. Though I can confirm that Memory Lane is one of my favourite destinations. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.

When I was away last weekend, I had emails enquiring on my welfare, which was very kind of them.
So I thought it best to explain my absence this week.
Best wishes, Pete.

Thanks, FR. We are going to Watford, so quite a long drive each way. (Almost 3 hours) Hence staying in a hotel the night before to make sure we arrive on time on the day.
Best wishes, Pete.

Hope it all goes well, Pete. We’ve just returned from one. At least it wasn’t raining as well.
