I found this on You Tube, and thought it was impressively done.
Using ancient statues, famous paintings, and photographs, the film makers applied AI to give accurate colour representations and movements to the historical figures shown in this 9-minute film. Heads move, eyes open and close, and there are some facial expressions too.
One of the better uses of AI technology, in my opinion.

I’m sure AI has many better applications, but I enjoyed the way they didn’t exaggerate the faces in this video.

Quite. I don’t think I would enjoy a book written that way. I try to be open minded, so I might read one out of interest but I like my books to have soul, you know?

Pretty amazing, even with limited head movement. Giving the head full 3D depth makes such a difference, and the muscle movements are very realistic. Cheers, Jon.
