  1. I keep busting on friends of mine whose icons are all at least 25 to 30 years old. I looked up a guy the other day, my age, and I was like he’s either found the fountain of youth or he’s another icon liar. The truth is most of could pass for Ollie’s head shot!

  2. You wear Ollie’s face well! 🙂 Perhaps I got the idea to use Tiger’s picture for my gravatar from you? Seeing my face everywhere when I post a comment would be strange to me. 🙂 But I have not shied away from occasionally sharing a photo of me and Bob from my travels in a blog post. I also have a photo in my About page though I sometimes think of removing it.

    1. I have quite a few photos of me on the blog since I first posted this, and a large one on my About Page. I like to see the photos of other bloggers on their blogs, but I think we have both chosen appropraite images for our Gravatars. 🙂
      Best wishes, Pete.

  3. I have always tried not to judge “a book by its cover” in a face-to-face sense. You can just never know what goes on in other people’s lives. In blogging I don’t feel the need to know the writer’s physical appearance. If I enjoy the writing I follow and over time you form an opinion so it is fun to see how right or wrong you may have been. I like that you have Ollie’s face there, just as I have Yeti’s.

    1. I use different versions of Ollie on social media. On Google, it is the photo of both of us, from my About Page. I will never change my WP comments photo of Ollie though.
      Best wishes, Pete.
